The Post Companion is a monthly mailed letter offering poetry, reflection, and quiet companionship to individuals who may be experiencing loneliness, isolation, or major life transitions.
Designed to be simple and non-invasive, each letter arrives as a thoughtful moment of connection — something to open, read slowly, and reflect on. Its secondary purpose is to be something other than a bill to help inspire.

Organizations may partner with The Post Companion to provide letters to members, residents, or participants as part of:
• wellness programming
• veteran support initiatives
• senior enrichment programs
• grief support communities
• community connection initiatives

Each monthly envelope contains:
• A personal letter written by the founder, every month has a new letter
• An original poem
• A short guided reflection prompt for journaling.
Letters are intentionally minimalist and calming — offering presence without pressure or expectation.

Program Minimum
• 20 participants
• 3-month program commitment
Partnership Rate
$7.50 per letter, per recipient
Flexible options are available for group subscriptions or sponsored deliveries.
