The Companion Pocket Journal Exchange is an optional, anonymous reflection process shared between members.
Each journal becomes a quiet dialogue — created within a two-month time frame by two contributors.
Step 1
Opt in to the exchange by purchasing through the store.
Participants receive a small journal to begin.
Write on every other page.
Use the journal for poetry, reflection, or thoughtful expression.
Leave the facing page open.
Each written page should be followed by a blank one.
This allows space for a second voice to respond.
Return the journal once complete.
When all alternating pages are filled, send it back.
We pass it on.
The journal is anonymously shared with another member.
A second contributor responds.
They write only on the blank pages — inspired by what was written before or by the letters/daily life.
The journal comes home.
Once complete, it is returned to its origin.
Now holding two perspectives in quiet conversation.
To keep this exchange thoughtful and welcoming for all participants, we ask that contributions remain:
• Respectful
• Reflective
• Appropriate for a general audience
Please avoid:
• Explicit or sexual content
• Vulgar language
Doodles and creative expression are welcome, as long as they remain PG in nature.
This exchange is intended as a space for reflection, creativity, and shared humanity.
By choosing to participate in the Companion Journal Exchange, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Entries written in your journal may be read and responded to by another participant as part of the exchange process.
All contributions are shared anonymously and are intended for reflective and creative dialogue.
You understand that anything written may inspire creative expression by a subsequent participant. Their responses may interpret, expand upon, or engage with your words through their own perspective.
Participation in this exchange grants permission for such creative response within the shared journal.
This exchange is intended for thoughtful reflection and is not a therapeutic or advisory service.
